Dr Cherie Haigh, Chiropractor
Education: BSC (Chiro) BChiro
Experience: Cherie graduated in 2006 with a double Bachelor degree in Chiropractic and Health Sciences and has been in practice for two decades. Together with her husband, Dr Chris, she has owned and run a chiropractic practice for the past 19 years.
Early in their careers, Cherie and Chris spent eight years in a busy regional town in South Australia. This experience provided a strong clinical foundation, exposure to a wide variety of presentations, and the opportunity to refine hands-on adjusting skills in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
As a mother of three, Cherie’s own journey through pregnancy and parenthood has deeply influenced her practice. This lived experience has shaped her strong interest in women’s health, and pregnancy care, allowing her to connect with patients in a practical, empathetic, and supportive way.
Cherie uses a range of techniques tailored to each individual, including Diversified, Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT), Drop Piece, Spinal Mobilisation, and a variety of soft tissue therapies.
Favourite part of working as a Chiropractor: Supporting people as they move toward better health and seeing the positive impact that care can have on their daily lives. Cherie is deeply grateful for the knowledge, experience, and team around her, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality care to every person she works with.
Interests
Outside the practice, Cherie keeps busy with family life. When she finds time for herself, she enjoys Pilates as a form of movement, and loves finding creative ways to improve and personalise her home.
