As a certified Reiki Practitioner and Teacher, Stace offers nurturing energy healing to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote harmony. She also incorporates crystal healing and sound therapy using Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Rainstick, and Elemental Chimes to calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation and self-awareness.
